    Electrosurgery

Electrosurgery is a surgical technique performed under local analgesia.
An electric current, similar to a radio wave, passes through a small electric loop, dissecting through the skin less traumatically than a scalpel, whilst sealing off the small blood vessels at the same time. This procedure is useful for removing verruca and less commonly, neuro vascular heloma (corns).
